My thing is i work all day at a job which I have no acces to a microwave, kettle, fridge (to store stuff) basicly im in my car for lunch. I know this is bad but how bad would it be if i did this.. (cause this is what im doing now and need your opinion)

Breakfast: Shake or oatmeal
Snack a apple, banana or half a protein bar, little carrots or nothing.
Lunch: Shake
5-6pm something reasonable, salad with chicken or a wrap, stirfry, greek salad and some meat... this meal has to be small and early cuase i cant workout within 2 hrs of going to gym. or sometimes a shake if im running late. ahhh
7-8 gym
10 home
food or shake

I just cant eat plain tuna and i cant eat egg whites plain. there is to much good food out there i cant pretend i dont know how to cook. on the weekend i have stuff like soups and hummus and bbq veggies kabobs.. normal food but its the weeks that kill me. so is it bad just to drink shakes basicaily all day? i know your supposed to eat little meals all day but its so hard! so i mix it up and drink like a chocolate chip mint shake then my snack would be a sour apple stacker..

have it about 45 minutes to an hour before, and only take 20grams. it'll get you anabolic, but won't fill you up entirely.

also, ad some bcaa's and glutamine if you can.

and def some carbs in your pre-workout meal. which you could use about 1 hour before the workout if you have issues with intensity and throwing up.

if your in your car then cook some rice in the morning with veggies and put it in a container and then in a thermo bag. for a protien source; add egg whites or cold chicken or turkey or buy a chicken from the supermarket or carry tuna. mate it is easy if you want to do it.

regarding shaked i have 1 morning if i don't eat a high quality amount of protien, 1 during the day before workout, 1 after workout and 1 before bed

alos drink alot of water if you have a high protien intake.

Your breakfast really should be the oatmeal and the shake. The other day I had no food with me at all and had to drink about 5 shakes.Im sure isnt good but i needed to get some protein. As it is regularly I have about 3 .One first thing in the morning.1 before and after workout.I also might have another sometime earlier in the day.It depends on the timing of everything. You really just need to preccok your food.I 9 out of 10 times wont even heat my chicken or corn up I just eat it.Its not often I eat for the taste of food anyway.

Yeah man, why would you not eat for the taste of food?
If you hate the food, it's gonna make it that much harder to down it.

i have between 1-3 shakes

islander, i agree with kaboom. that should be oatmeal AND a shake.

umm...it's ok to wait 2-3 hours after your pre-workout meal to workout because i do that too. just remember that you'll be catabolic when you enter the gym, during your workout, and until you get something in you.

it's better if you stick to 3 shakes a day and cook some chicken, or BEEF, or STEAK (my fav.) as mr. bhana would say
