The carbs are empty, and are simple in a Pop-Tart.
Alright bro, I understand your situation. Money, time etc. You gotta' work past that. Read the nutrition forum search posts on how to diet. You're looking weight and you're taking in a high amount of empty nutrients, in short.
You're taking in maybe the same amount of carbs as me bro, and I'm bulking. Also your protein I'd say is in the low 100g's. Really sit down and figure out what you can eat, because the diet right now will cause you to lose more motivation bro, no disrespect man just telling it how it is.
Carb intake: 2g/lb of bodyweight
Fat intake: .2-.3g/lb of bodyweight
Protein intake: 1.5-1.8g/lb of bodyweight
Cut the junk food. Your basics are somewhat on the right track but timing in a diet is just as important as what and how much to eat..
20% carbs in the morning, 20% pre workout and 25% post workout. The rest is split throughout the day evenly, lower towards bed.
Protein tips; Fast digesting post workout, like you have. Slow digesting before bed- Peanut butter is not slow digesting, and contains only 7-9g of protein. Not too high in omegas, talking about fat intake before bed.
Fat...Moderate throughout the day and majority consumed before bed; mono unsaturated and poly- your nuts and oils.
