just had a quick question. well im sure most of you know ectomorphs lose weight much faster than the average bear.
so where does that leave us ectomorphs when it comes to cutting???
im just hitting the 160 mark and im gonna start cutting in a few weeks so im wondering if there's any strategies you ectomorphs out there use for cutting...because its really easy for me to lose weight lol.
seriously, if i miss out on like 300 calories in one day ill lose a pound rofl.
well if you guys have any advice id be one very happy camper
p.s : thanks for the dudes responding to my dips thread. ive been doing dips since HOLY SH*T totally tears my chest up lol i think im in love
