im currently trying my first real cut, im doing allot of cardio and less weights, but when it comes to nutrition im clueless.

ive cut down on carbs and fats, so for breakfast i eat 3 eggs, for lunch 1 chicken breast with vegetables, for dinner 1 chicken breast with vegetables and some where in between i try and have a protein shake and a bar.

does the diet seem alright for cutting?

the hardest part for me is eating ENOUGH while still eating correctly. If you don't eat enough you'll have no energy and the muscle loss to me isn't worth the fat loss. I'm OK with 15-16%BF (although i would like to see 9-10%).
