Right now i really dont count cal, protein, fat or n e thing like that i just eat. Right now i have been eating alot of turkey burger, chicken wings, chicken breast no fried foods at all. I added protein shakes for breakfast when i get home from work(3rd shift) and then go to bed. I pretty much just tried to clean up what i was eating. Instead of white bread i eat wheat and so on. I know everyone prob wont agree with me but right now i am trying to drop as much bodyfat as i can because my friend invited me to a Toga party in about 1 1/2-2 months at his college. I was at 183 before i cleaned up my diet about 2-3 weeks ago and now im at 174. Of course this isnt the only reason im trying to drop bodyfat but its a hell of a good reason there are gunna be girls everywhere. lol Any help with my diet would be appreciated.

You really have a short period of time but you could lose plenty in a month and a half.Do away with the chicken wings.Drink lots of water. You could also not eat bread at all.If you are really serious.Definitely need to make sure youre getting plenty of cardio and eat every 2-3 hrs.
Dont drink no sodas maybe a diet every now and then.

Actually if you have 6 weeks and you lose no more than 2 lbs a week(that keeps muscle loss to a minimum)you would be real close to your goal.Start that cardio man.You can do it.best of luck.Any more questions just ask or pm me.
later bro!

instead of when u get home from work, move the shake to post workout to start up ur protein synthesis, and bond that with a good quick digesting carb to spike ur insulin too. this will help you a lot man.

also, either pm either Kaboom, Me, or KM and we'll set u straight with a good idea of what ur diet should be like. good luck man.

I take a shake when i get home from work and after my workout. I dont really have alot of time to eat a good breakfast so i just put the protein shake in its place. I trying to take as much food as i can to work with me so can eat as healthy as possible. I work 3rd shift Sunday Monday Tues(12hr shifts(8:30pm-8:30am) and then im off for the rest of the week.

They say that the artificial sweetners in the soda kinda trick your body into thinking they are getting something sweet so it prepares for it and then when the sweet doesnt come it could actually make your cravings worse. Also the sodium.
When I said no bread it was just a way for him to cut more BF quickly. At least make sure its whole wheat but when its contest time or really leaning out you dont need it at all.because of all the reg reasons.Carbs and such although its a better carb you still dont need it.
Of course this is just my opinion.but theres no way I could lean out eating it.
