Whipped "insert your protein flavor here" flavored cream

Go to your local store, get some heavy cream with no carbs. I used a generic brand and aside from being cheaper, 0 carbs. You can put some -pure- vannila extract with it if you want, very low amount of carbs, gives it a vanilla taste, but if you dont want to spend the money on it I dont think it will do that much harm.

Whip that cream up, however much you want, keeping in mind that you'll need to mix at least a scoop of your protein powder into it, so the cream should be a decent amount, half a scoop of ON didn't mix that well with 3 table spoons of the whipped cream from what I tried. Pour the powder by fourths of a scoop and fold in, remember the whipped cream is airated and you don't want to do too much mixing.

Depending on how far you are into ketosis the end product will taste really sweet. Maybe there are fat soluble flavors in the protein, i'm not too sure.

Important that the vanilla extract is -pure-, if its not then it will have a much higher carb count. This extract I bought was 1 carb per a tea spoon, I only used half a teaspoon. The rest of the calories are in alcohol, the vanilla is put into 35 percent alochol solution and its allowed to disolve, thats basically all it is.
