need major help with a cut diet plan

I am 180lbs 5 foot 9
I do not know my BF% but i am chuncky in the stomach not gunna lie

I lift 3 days a week train MMA 3 days a week...with major cardio almost 3 hrs of cardio 3 days a week.

I need help with a diet that is going to get my BF% down and get me slim. I need to get down to 170lbs and like I said I want to get my BF% down and cut by June or july. My next Fight is towards the end of June early July so I want to get everything down and Cut

So let me know please what you can help me with diet wise...like how many calories..protein and carbs...and sample diet plan if you can. I know I need 6-8 meals a day...

just so you know the supplements I take

Creatine monohydrate
muscle milk
anabolic od
multi vitamin

1.5 to 1.8g of protein
1 to 2g of carbs
.2 to .3g of fat

Get rid of the muscle milk at least for now look at the fat and sugar content maybe carbs too compared to others.
If you on a serious cut just stick with chicken ,baked fish maybe some tuna.
for carbs go with whole wheat pasta brown rice or sweet potatoes

Keep the creatine on definatly, during cutting its a great tool to enhance the quality of the workouts especially when cutting.
