Right now all I do is eat one of minimeals 1 hr before the workout, and then 30 mins before workout I take 1 teaspoon creatine and mix it up in water.

My post is rock solid: whey and creatine shake [full cup whey, full cup creatine], 1 pc white bread for my fast-digesting carb, and 2 capsules of Cellucor R3 Extreme.

I'm asking what I can improve in my pre... other supps or foods or anything?

Thank you very much.

I have no idea what is in your mini-meal. The saying goes, help US help YOU. Your failing on your part.
