None of them are GREAT tasting like other whey proteins can be, but are not bad. the main difference is that they gel rather quickly, so it takes a lot more liquid (H20 or milk) to make the shake. Banana smells like bananas but doesnt have much taste. It is great for adding to oatmeal. chocolate is pretty good. there are better
tasting chocolate powders out there but Optimum Nutrition is a very good brand. Vanilla is pretty good also. Casein proteins from ON arent the desert-like shakes you can get but aren't horrible either.
The most pleasant way I've found to do it is heat up some milk to a decently warm temperature and mixing in the chocolate casein powder. It is kinda like a hot cocoa before bed. It is also less thick and dissolves much better. And I think the warm drink helps me to sleep
