Had this craving for a few days! and don't know what to do. I'm bulking.

You could make whole grain pancakes and have yourself a workout friendly craving cruncher that way. So long as you go easy on the syrup.

actually I use whole wheat powder mix, skim milk, applesauce instead of oil, and egg whites and used a small amount of sugar free syrup, tastes pretty good

yeah
do the whole grain pancakes but either use low sugar syrup or use natural fruit jelly. no sugar added.
that'll satisfy the craving
it's important not to totally ignore the craving though IMO. because that can lead to bindging later on.

I carb up once a week. I save my pancake eating for then. I've found an oatbran based pancake mix. It has:

1gram of fat
25 grams of carbs
7 grams of fiber
6 grams of protein


I make a ton and go to town. Usually about 8 or 9 servings worth.
