looks very good
maybe a little less penut butter and throw in some tuna and walnuts/almonds for the omega 3 fatty acids.
maybe some more carbs.
is that 3/4 cup of cooked pasta? you could put in like 2 or 3 whole cups in there IMO. to add more good carbs/caloires.

overall, very amazing diet. better than mine. i'm impressed. wow!!!!! keep up the amazing work.

oh wait, i forgot to ask, is this a cutting diet or a bulking diet?
your fat a carb intake is a little low for a bulking diet.

how much do you weigh?

in that case, very good job. i wouldn't change much besides adding in some tuna and a little bit of nuts in place of some of the penut butter.

that's a really good diet. my kind of thing right there.

I messed with the diet a little and in my second meal I am going to cut out the pasta and I am going to cut the peanut butter in all the meals that will bring my calories down to about 2500

that's much better
but remember, you still need the fat. you don't want your fat intake to be too low.

just make sure that you're not loosing muscle. too much cardio can do that too.

you'll do fine. just see how your body responds to your diet and start changing things as you see fit.

i descoverd a couple things while i was dieting.
one of them was that i can't go by what the books say. i need to diet off more calories than someone my weight is supposed to. for 150lbs which is what i weighed at the time, i was supposed to stick around 2100 calories. but i was loosing muscle by the day and i hardly did any cardio. i also lost a lot of fat too though.

so, personally, if i were you, i would try the diet that you posted originally and if you don't loose anything in 2 weeks, start changing stuff up.
but you don't want to make drastic changes. maybe by subtracting 200 calories from carbs can be a first step.

good luck man. i wish you the best

with all that cardio if you implement bodybuilding with power and shaping movments that diet will help you build alot of leean tissue. i agree with ibanez that it is alot of calories to lose weight and carbs too. but for the most part they are clean calories so if u are hitting the gym hard u should be okay
