Ok, I am a football player and I'm about to start training for the combine. That part I have no problem with, but the killer will be at the beginneing of the combine for my weight. I am only 200lbs and need a lot more mass. So how much weight do you think I could manage in 2 months. Does any one have any diet plans I could use, but remember I am sixteen with no money of my home and only have a few things to use for myself. So any Mastermind please recommend me a solid(which probably won't be to solid due to lack of resources.) diet. If someone with skill could please help me out I would appreciate it.

How tall are you.In the pic you dont look no 200 lbs.Anway youre not going to put on too much in 2 mos.Except maybe some fat which will do you no good. All I can say is lift heavy if youre working out.Eat clean but eat alot.
Eat every 2-3 hrs.Make sure you have protein ,carbs and fat with every meal.

yeah, i'd say, set some realistic goals. you're not going to gain 20lbs of muscle in 2 months.

5 ibs of lean mass is mos def possible in two months, and believe it or not; 5 ibs of muscle in football can make all the world of difference no matter what position you play.
Stick to big simple lifts such as squats, deads, bench, cling and presses, clings, etc..Eat a lot of clean protein (lean beef, chicken breast, lean steak, egg whites, fish/tuna, etc..) and clean complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, etc..)
I'm not sure if your worried about speed or not, but speed kills in football so if you want to improve your speed; do alot of explosive plyometric exercises, wind sprints, run bleachers, run sprints with a weight sled or parachute. And make sure you train your core and train it hard, a good solid core can actually make a difference in your overall performance and your 40 time. I played football in college, so if you have any other questions man feel free to ask me, hope this helps

You don't look 200. Let's assume you are.. at 16 200lbs is big. Speed matters more than size unless you are a lineman. There is a guy this year in the combines that weighed 159lbs.. Why the rush..? You will just gain water/fat if you are looking to gain big weight in 2 months.

I played D1 football and our workouts consisted of everything mentioned above. Lots of Squats, Bench, Pullups, Dips, and Clings. Stay away from the bicep curls and the isolation lifts. Don't worry about putting on a lot of size because that will come with time. If you want to be recruited by a good college your footwork and technique will standout much more than your size. If I were you I would spend the rest of the school year and summer doing ladder drills, working on the sleds, and hand-eye drills.

Just to give you an idea of how size isn't that important. I played DE in high school in Florida at 6'2" and 230 lbs. It's not how big your are in football. It's how strong and mean you can be

Freak is right.

and is that an old picture? Cuz u really look nowhere near 200lbs unless ur like 6'5. Then maybe cuz of bone mass. I'm not trying to bust your balls or anything man, i just don't see it. But good luck on putting on as much muscle as possible and getting the position you want.

yea the pic is about 2 years old but still no one believes I am 200lbs.....I'm about 6' or 6'1 and weight matters more than any thing in highschool football. Ya'll really underestimating the requirements needed to play in this sport. I'm a linemen and there are guys 300lbs and up that I have to work against and If I didnt have my speed and strength i wouldve been screwed this year. We
are a televised highschool teams with tons of colleges looking at us. And I seriously need the weight
