I hope that is skim milk if you are trying to cut and also you dont need 4 eggs with your 2 scoops of whey in the mornings.especially whole eggs.
Your 5pm meal why dont you have any protein in it.You need to have protein with every meal.Being 215 lbs you need to get at least 220 grams of protein. Are you getting enough?

It is skim milk. Also I am getting enough protein. I get between 260-280 grams a day depending on how big the chicken breasts are. As far as meal 5, that isn't really a meal. That is my preworkout. Do I still need protein with that one?

Opinions differ but yes I think you should have protein an Hour or so before workout and within 30 mins after your workout.as long as there is about 2 hrs in between the 2.But i wouldnt just add more protein you seem to be getting enough just maybe divide it more or rearrange it.You should be taking in protein every 2-3 hrs. Just say you take 250 grams and you eat 5 meals you need to get 50 grams a meal but 6 meals is ideal so add the sixth meal and get 40-45 a meal.I also believe it would be better for you to use Caisein Protein instead of whey before bed.It is slow digesting and will last through the night.

also, you're using protein shakes as your source of protein way too much. i think you should be getting a maximum of 2 shakes a day and that's it. the rest of your protein should be coming from food.

while you're cutting, you might want to think about upping your protein intake. i usually take in about 1.8g per lbs of bodyweight during a cut.

what's your goal for cutting? if i were you, i would diet off 2800 calories or so. if you up your protein level, you must decrease your carbs a little bit. what is your macronutrient breakup?

also, at 215lbs at 6'2, you're not going to gain much muscle. maintaining will depend on your protein level and make sure your calories aren't too low.

how long do you plan on cutting? cutting for a couple of months will make you loose a little bit of muscle if done right. if not done right, you'll loose too much.

My current daily consumption is around 3400-3500 cal, 400-425 g carbs, 250-275 g protein, 75 g fat...

I know I should get more protein from meat sources. Shakes have just been easier since I am in an office from 6:30-5 everyday. As far as cutting goes, I am planning to begin my cut April 1 until May 15. I was planning on aiming for 2700 cal, 265 g protein, 265 carbs, 50 fat. Do those numbers sound decent. I don't like to cut my carbs too low or I feel really tired throughout the day. thanks..

Start packing lunches. Get a lunch box. This will help you. I set it up the night before my workouts and i know exactly what I'm taking in and exactly what I'm taking after. Also, start preparing meals the night before or in the early morning and taking them with you in the lunch box. This will help you keep track of what you eat and you can get more meat sources for protein.

I have a spiderman lunchbox. It rocks my dick off.

the problem with drinking shakes all day is that it's really hard to stay anabolic. because you digest a shake pretty quick. in my experience, after 2 scoops of optimum whey by itself, i'll have to eat something again in 1 hour.

preparation man
preparation
bodybuilding is all about preparation IMO
almost everything that has anything to do with the sport has to be pre-planned.
