My diet has been crap for the last few months and I sat down and put together this plan. M-F this is what it will look like.... very little deviation.

Let me know if I am on the right track for cutting fat and keeping muscle.

Some Stats:
Height - 5'11.75" (6' with shoes on )
weight - 232lbs
arms - 17.5 (cold)
bf% - 19-20%
age - 38

Meal 6 is dinner (i am still working on it but will be in the 500-600 cal range) and on days I lift it will be as shown...

On off days meal 5 and 6 will switch and I will do some cardio just before meal 6.

The raisin bran i added some time ago to my diet in order to help keep the pipes clean but not sure if it is a good thing to eat at the end of the day...

if you're cutting, your protein intake should be much higher than your carbs. if you wanna keep your muscle.
