I was looking at this stuff at the store, it has huge amounts of calories, one small can is like 1300 calories, would it be bad to add this to milk or other drinks to throw in more calories?

I've heard of people doing it. I haven't heard of anything bad happening from it. so why not go for it and experiment with it.

Condensed milks' water is replaced by sugar I'm pretty sure...

Is the one you chose "sweetened condensed milk"?

1 can (14oz) has:

1300 calories 300 calories from fat

total fat 30 grams
saturated fat 20 grams
cholesterol 100 mg
sodium 400 mg

Total carbs 230 grams
sugars 230 grams
protein 30 grams

The one i have is sweetened I don't know if they have others I just saw it and it seemed to have a lot of calories so I thought of adding it to milk for extra calories at meal time.

YES it is sweetened. I wouldn't drink that no matter how high you want to get your macro totals.

Look at the sugar, cholesterol, sodium and fat. The carbs are simple, so that's 230g of simple carbs.......

High protein, but needless to say Protein and Calories aren't the most important aspect of dieting.

they have othr milk in a can which is either fat free or 2%. called evaporated, people use it in coffee instead of cream to have the richness but not the fat.
