I'm making a list for the market and when I looked I said "i need more things cause i'll get tired of this I need to vary a bit. So I am asking what is it that can't be left on your list, try not to be general about it.

what is that thing that you see and say thank God cause I can eat this! and what is the snacks of your preferences.

lean beef, chicken, any kind of fish, turkey

basically any lean meat that has no aspartame or bad effects. Most meats are completely fine for you. Keep pork to a minimum, it's a very dirty meat. lots of fat

It's hard to find, but it tastes really good, is is a very clean turkey: low [or reduced] sodium turkey. I get 2 sliced lbs of it, great stuff.

I also always have to get sandwich bags to hold my powders, I always forget those, lol.
