Anyone ever eat them as a source of Carbs?

Or do they break down fast like white rice?

Or am I barking up a drain-pipe and they're virtually low on carbs. (hopefully rhetorical)

they're high on carbs, they're a great source.

It's just like eating pasta basically. All pastas and noodles are going to be high in carbs. If you find some low carb pasta, that's kinda like an oxymoron. It's like that low carb bread they have out. What the fuck is that shit? it's not even bread.

sorry, went on a lil rant there. but yeah, they're fine

Noodles are awesome great source of carbs, plus you can mix all kinds of stuff to have a great meal, sauces, shrimp, tuna, chicken, and other meats, or add in veggies.

Depending on the source, the glycemic index of instant noodles is between 47 and 67.

Not as low as wholewheat pasta (roughly 37) but not as high as instant rice (roughly 69) either.

The bad side of instant noodles is that they lack much fibre (less than 2g per 100g dry vs wholewheat pasta 10g per 100g). Otherwise, they are ok as a source of carbs.
