I was wondering how much Casein Protein should be in your system before bed. Religously I use ON Casein Powder right before bed, it has 120 Calories, 1g Fat, 4g Carbs, & 24g Protein. I'm a 158.75lbs, trying to bulk to 180 by the 12/31/08. Should I be using 1 scoop or 2?????????

I think it depends on if youre counting it as part of your daily protein intake. If you only need 24 or so to get your daily intake then do one but if you need more do 2.

You're better off going with a cheese source. A non-fat cheese source to be specific.

Non-fat milk has alot of sugars. Unless you get the reduced sugar one made by Hood called Calorie Countdown. Can be found at Kroger. However, milk is a liquid. You dont want to drink a bunch of fluid BEFORE you go to bed unless you want to wake up in the middle of the night to take a piss.
