Yes ..im talking about depletion-load ..that final week for a contest..and I wanna know what are your ideas or ways that have worked for u guys that have been competing before in BBings shows when carbing up without spilling over or something like that ..I just wanna know little tips that can help..not web links with all that stuff..
-for example jay cutler in one of his vids say that is better to carb up the same day of the contest and cut back carbs a day before ..
-Others load for 3 days and dehydrate for 2 days ..some others dont..
Iload up some the night before and then some the morning of.People are scared of doing this but lots dont realize it takes 48-72 hrs for food to be stored as fat.You just dont need to get to much to where you are real full becuase then it could bloat you up
I am no where near competition b/f%s but I look/feel my best about a day to 2 days after my refeed. Just seems to work for my body and I think the best suggestion is to try different refeed timings.
