Foods

eggs:
fresh, in shell: fridge- 3-5 weeks, freezer- dont freeze
raw yolks, whites: fridge- 2-4 days, freezer- 1 year
hard cooked: fridge- 1 week, freezer- dont freeze well
liquid pasteurized eggs or egg substitutes opened: fridge- 3 days, freezer- dont freeze
liquid pasteurized eggs or egg substitutes unopened: fridge- 10 days, freezer- 1 year
mayonnaise, commercial (refrigerate after opening): fridge- 2 months, freezer- dont freeze

hamburger and stew meats: fridge- 1-2 days, freezer- 3-4 months
ground turkey, veal, pork, lamb: fridge- 1-2 days, freezer- 3-4 months
fresh meat (beef, veal, lamb, pork):
steaks: fridge- 3-5 days, freezer- 3-4 months
chops: fridge- 3-5 days, freezer- 4-6 months
roasts: fridge- 3-5 days, freezer- 4-6 months

cooked meat, meat dishes: fridge- 3-4 days, freezer- 2-3 months
chicken or turkey, whole: fridge- 1-2 days, freezer- 1 year
chicken or turkey, parts: fridge- 1-2 days, freezer- 9 months
cooked poultry dishes: fridge- 3-4 days, freezer- 4-6 months
cooked poultry pieces, plain: fridge- 3-4 days, freezer- 4 months

lean fish: fridge- 1-2 days, freezer- 6 months
fatty fish: fridge- 1-2 days, freezer- 2-3 months
cooked fish: fridge- 3-4 days, freezer- 4-6 months
smoked fish: fridge- 14 days, freezer- 2 months
fresh shrimp, scallops, crawfish, squid: fridge- 1-2 days, freezer- 3-6 months
canned seafood (pantry-5 years): fridge- 2-3 days after opening, freezer- (out of can) 2 months

ham, fully cooked, whole: fridge- 7 days, freezer- 1-2 months
ham, fully cooked, half: fridge- 3-5 days, freezer- 1-2 months
ham, fully cooked, slices: fridge- 3-4 days, freezer- 1-2 months
bacon: fridge- 7 days, freezer- 1 month

lunch meats (opened package): fridge- 3-5 days, freezer- 1-2 months
lunch meats (unopened): fridge- 2 weeks, freezer- 2 months
