I started, just now, to make out a list of my foods that I eat, their calorie, fat and protein counts but am having trouble finding some kinds of the food that I eat, like low-sodium sliced turkey, I have no idea how much calories, fat, protein is inside this meat...
Other things aren't labeled, like my lettuce I use in my sandwiches and stuff. I can find those easy enough online, but are there some sources online that list calories that are 'official' or 'documented?' I want to get it done right, hopefully the first time. What sites do you guys use to count calories on unlabeled food?
