I personally believe protein bars have an inherent problem. They are a glob of carbs. There is no conceivable way around it unless the bar was made of pure protein. Because of this, if i want something low carb, my only option is an RTD/MRP packet.
My favorite protein bar (flavor wise) is and probably always will be South Beach Diet's protein bars, in the cinnamon raisin flavor. Holly cow, those are delicious. |
