Take a look at this picture of Vitor Belfort (for those of you who don't know) he's a UFC fighter, or was. Anyway, regardless of that fact, how did he get his skin so tight and get that dried out look? I know he dieted but I am dieting and working out hard with cardio 5 to 6 times a week. What's the best way to get that "dried out" look? Any tips are appreciated.

go the contest preparation forum. layne has a section there about dieting that i think will help you a lot. the reason i don't answer your question is that it would take way to long to explain.

thats the result of cutting weight. when I cut weight for weight I look much more ripped than I normally do because of loss of fluids
