I would like to see what everyone eats. I like to change my diet up every now and then and it would be nice if there was a sticky that guys posted some of there bulking, maintence, and cutting diets. Right now I am looking for a 4500-5000 diet and I am wondering what some of you guys eat for a diet like this?

well, here's what i eat. i don't eat 100% clean because i have a screaming metabolism. this allows me to eat more calories much easier. i get about 3000-5000 calories a day depending on the day. this is an example.

7:00 - wake up
meal 1
1 cup of oats in 2 cups of whole milk
8 eggwhites
2 cups of orange juice

9:30 - Meal 2
1 cup of oats in 2 cups of whole milk
8 eggwhites
diet juice or water

12:00 - Meal 3
4 cups of whole grain pasta with ground beef
Soda (don't do this if your metabolism isn't crazy fast)

2:30 - meal 4
i might do the same meal again or i might eat something like a cheezeburger and some fries with soda or some pizza to get some quick calories. i depends on the person. a small percent of people can actually do this without getting fat.

5:00 - meal 5
2 cups of brown rice
8 oz. of chicken breast
water

9:00 - meal 6
3 medium baked potatos
1 can of tuna
1 cup of almonds
2 cups of orange juice

10:00 - meal 7
3 scoops of true mass

kenny, i like your diet. it's a lil dirty, but with that quick metabolism and the other stuff ur definitely balancing it out.
but how can you down true mass? i threw up on that shit a while back. i LOVE BSN. like i prefer it over any other supplement company, but their weightgainer is awful.

Check out my contest diet:

Meal 1: 5 egg whites, 4 oz lean beef, 1/4 cup of oats
Meal 2: Protein Shake with 3 tblspoons of whole whipping cream
Meal 3: 9 oz tuna mixed with 3 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oats
Meal 4: Protein Shake mixed with creatine and glutamine powder
Meal 5: PWO shake and 5 strawberries in 2 tbspoons of whole whipping cream
Meal 6: 10 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 cups of veggies
Meal 7: 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese

This diet is pure hell, been on it for a good while now, down to 5% bf at 175 ibs.
