Does anyone have a link or post of their personal diets for bulking, I am looking for some cut and paste ideas to start using to fill my day up.

I am kind of tired of eating nothing but chicken, rice and tuna all day.

I'd just like to get something I can print out and make so I can eat a variety of things but keep the right ratio for what I need to bulk.

Any help would be much appreciated

I was actually going to suggest this. Although its not detailed enough (wow, i cant believe i even said that) to actually get full blown meals, you can probably shop around and find something that he probably is using in the meals, as he doesnt give enough detail to know what im baking this at or how im preparing this or what brand that is... etc.

I'd love to get my hands on a bulking menu with 2 or 3 weeks or meals broke down that would be awesome. I'll check the log also.

My log isn't detailed enough? I have a good 60 examples of meals on a bulk. What more detail is there?

Well, please forgive me for not looking through your ENTIRE long to this point. From what i have seen, you give the basic description of what you eat, as in what it is and how much. To me, that isnt enough description if im going to go straight from your log. Perhaps you go into more detail in other sections.

For instance, if you put up 4 ounces tillapia. I dont know if its fresh or frozen, grilled or pan cooked, etc. See what im getting at? I think it makes sense at least.

maybe im just

What would be the difference? I don't think he's asking how to prepare meals. He's interested in what FOODS to eat.

And now I don't go into detail in the rest of the forum? Huh? lol..

Blah blah blah blah.

If he is just looking for foods, then he should definitely look up your log.

frosty, what's wrong with you? KM's log is the most detailed i know. maybe it's just not idiot proof.

to the original poster, you shouldn't wait for a diet to just come to you all written down and thought of. you must first educate on what foods you're going to eat and how much and then design your own meal plan. because everybody is different. no two people are the same.

I think you mentioned what is wrong with me. If someone is looking for a meal plan, and how to prepare those meals, KM's log isnt fool proof.

Food wise, its wise to look at and see when and how he proportions his diet. But i couldnt agree more with what you said. Educating yourself on the foods and what fits into the diet he wants would be much more beneficial. Then he can just go out and shop and make up meals on the fly.

Once again, he isn't asking for cooking lessons. So directions on how to prepare meals is irrelevant.

Thus why im no longer arguing that point. It just keeps being brought up, and i keep reiterating that that was my point, but is invalid.
