Its cheap and it contains complex carbs which dont cause an insuline spike, it keeps your insulin high for a couple hours as it digest slower, (Opposite of white bread, white rice). I get it in my morning to start my day along with egg whites, whole eggs, and fruits.
It can be taken during the day also, it doesnt have to be in your breakfast. I also take it as a pre work out 1.5 hrs b4 training. |
