Yes, by generalities. Your abs start to show somewhat usually when you get close to 10 and single digit numbers.

Muscle is about 30% more dense than fat so a pound of fat is 30% bigger than pound of lean meat (look in food store how big is that)

found this geuss. and this

If I held a pound of human fat in my hands, how big would it be? I've heard that a pound of fat is about the size of 1 lbs of butter, but that doesn't seen right because a stick of butter appears to be a lot denser than the fat in your body
Should be very similar. In the human fat, there is other tissue around it that is part water. Its warmer and softer. Warm up that stick of butter to 98 degrees and it will be a lot softer than straight out of the fridge.

there is also veins and blood in fat so i geuss your counting that too.

Im pretty sure thats genetic. Men and Women can carry larger amounts of fat in some places on the body and smaller amounts in others. Men generally carry it around their stomach and women carry it around their legs/ass. Not too sure... someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I would say it counts.

I want to know in general size, I found some equation, I found displays but nothing to compare it to in size, ah well.

As well as this other fact, we (gals and guys) carry it differnt from one person to another. Some overweight people could be 215 and the next person to them doesn't look all that bigger and be 285. Jus watch NBC's "The Biggest Loser" and see what I mean.

With concerns to fat distribution, there are 3 kinds:
Android (Apple)
Gynoid (Pear)
Ovoid (Box)

Each one has it's own typical look, using the objects as an example. With android, fat is distributed more along the stomach and hips (Flat tire), which is most common in men. The gynoid distribution is when fat is located more on butt and legs, most common in women. And Ovoid is with an even fat distribution on the upper body.

And to give you an idea on the SIZE of 1lb of fat...
