First get some chickens, put them in a cage and feed them, very important the feeding part.

When they drop these like skin colour things from their asses, which are called eggs, you collect them and break them open. Seperate the yellow thingy from the not so yellow stuff, that is the egg whites.

Or just go to the local grocery store and buy them, they come in a variety of numbers, packs of 6, 12, 24 or 36.
