We all know that water is a key part of our diets, and taking various supplements requires drinking alot of water throughout your day. Thats fine, I don't mind, I want to know if this is just me or has anyone been experiencing the same. Given that everyone is different; I'm going to take a leak every damn 30-45 mins through out my day as long as i am consuming water. Is this healthy? I hope that I am retaining enough water to supplement my body. For all those curious I try to consume 128oz-140oz a day.
You can over hydrate also and if you drink so much you have to take a leak ever 30-45 minutes you're drinking too much water or you have a bladder issue, pissing 15 times a day really isn't normal.
yea i have the same problem only its every hour, i got used to it but it sucks having to leave my dorm and journey down the hall to the community bathroom every time nature calls
