My 64,000 question is, is this a good morning sandwich. Or should I be making my own creation. Are there better alternatives? Do you guys have better alternatives?
My other question is on my diet.. I eat what I bring in my lunch, but by the time I get home.. I'm starving. My blood sugar drops and I feel the need to eat most anything is plain site.. Typically the bad stuff, and yeah I know that's not a good choice. Do you guys have this issue in the evenings? My god working 12 hours. Then to come home and be starving is very very bad for me.
I'm looking for suggestions on what to eat when I'm at home, even if I have to buy new stuff I will..
