Jimmy Dean Lite Breakfast Sandwich

Nutritional Informational:

Calories = 260
Fat = 7
Sat Fat = 3.5
Trans Fat = 0
Polyunsaturated Fat = 0
Monounsaturated Fat = 1
Cholestrol = 35mg
Sodium 840mg,,( I know this is a killer huh)
Carbs = 30g
Sugars=3
Fiber = 2
Protein = 18

My 64,000 question is, is this a good morning sandwich. Or should I be making my own creation. Are there better alternatives? Do you guys have better alternatives?

My other question is on my diet.. I eat what I bring in my lunch, but by the time I get home.. I'm starving. My blood sugar drops and I feel the need to eat most anything is plain site.. Typically the bad stuff, and yeah I know that's not a good choice. Do you guys have this issue in the evenings? My god working 12 hours. Then to come home and be starving is very very bad for me.

I'm looking for suggestions on what to eat when I'm at home, even if I have to buy new stuff I will..

Its better than a regular sausage biscuit thats for sure but the white bread or biscuit is the killer.
You could get turkey sausage and egg whites,scramble them together and put in a whole wheat wrap maybe even some fat free cheese or salsa
Damn Now Im hungry!!!!!

To answer your diet question: I know what you mean about getting hungry at night. I usually try to have a protien shake (I use muscle milk) and drink water if I continue to get the munchies. If your getting enough protien, this should fend off the desire to eat. How do you space your meals? I try to do the every three hour method, and a small carb 30 minutes before a workout, and a shake post. 1 hour later I'll eat a real meal.

lots of sat. fat almost a whole days salt.. i wouldnt say very good. i would do a shake and a banana over this. is it because you dont have time cook up eggs? oatmeal made with half soyflakes and flax is great. or i wouldnt but lots of people do mix in some whey. make a pot up on sunday and have it threw the week. i find the best is a good breakfast. mabey a banana or apple around 10:30. (you could also on of the lower calorie power bars. there is a new kashi one that is cheap 3:50 for 6 bars) then a pretty good lunch. shake and apple at 4. sounds like you need to eat 2 hrs before you get home whatever time that is. before when i just went from lunch to dinner i would be starving and craving carbs and if i stopped to buy something for dinner would buy shit i shouldnt. then eat and not be hungrey for dinner. so dinner would be really late so eat at 7-8. you can tell your body needs something if you know your blood sugar is crashing so eat some protein. a few nuts are good to hold you off too. obviouly you need to take more in your lunch. mabey a couple protein bars? i keep a couple myoplex shakes in my car to drink incase of 'emergency' lol so i dont binge.
