Hey guys. Im a nut-addicted guy so I eat nuts all the time. But I would like to know what is the nutrition facts of some of my favorite nuts like:

Almonds (hmmm.. I like them when they're roasted)

Cashews are actually a legume, like peanuts. Lame info, I know. In any case, they are high in polyunsaturated fats, and omega-6's, which acts as an inflammatory and you get plenty of omega-6 in your diet as it is.

Walnuts and almonds are a better choice, walnuts being high in omega-3 and almonds a great source of monounsaturated fats.

the calories can add up pretty quick so watch out. because every gram of fat is about 9 calories. a full cup of walnuts is about 800 calories

it's good fat though. healthy if consumed in moderation.

Everything in moderation. ZiR RED covered it. Additionally to his post, you should try to consume those fatty acids before bed, as well as somewhat moderately throughout the day.
