I'm from the South so...everything we cook down here is bad for you. Boy does it taste good, though. I'll take a wack:
3 huge hamburger steaks
mashed potatoes with butter AND gravy
several slices of cornbread
peas/turnip greens/squash (all prepared with fat)
That was the most recent calorie splurge I had....probably in the neighborhood of 4000 calories
