What to eat for pre and post workouts

A question for you guys is what should I be tryin to take in for pre and post workouts... i work out at different times during the day ex. mondays i do shoulders at 1030 am, and tues chest at 300 pm... what should i be tryin to take alot in.. im on a bulking diet right now that im creating and just loaded up on food, so looking for some suggestions..thanks

Protein should be split evenly throughout the day.
Fats (extra, omega-3's) should be consumed before bed, and limited during the day
Carbs should be split 25% breakfast, 20% preworkout, 30% post workout. The remaining 15% should be evenly split between your day time meals. You before bed meal should be very low carb.

Agreed. Id also keep insulin spikes away from my pre-workout meal. So go with low-GI foods pre-workout.
