I've known about this product for a while, it's pure ground and dried egg whites. I don't have access to a kitchen on campus here, besides the eateries but there's nothing healthy there so I make all my own meals. The Just Whites is the alternative to whipping up 6 eggs in the morning for the protein boost, but I have trouble drinking it when I mix it up. I was wondering if anyone else has used this product, and if they have any advice for me? The main problem for me is that no matter what liquid I mix it up with, apple juice, water, orange juice, milk, etc it foams up like a motherfucker and it's not a very pleasant drink.

Also, if I can't make eggs in the morning and this Just Whites thing doesn't work out, can anyone suggest a protein boost in the morning for me? Breakfast for me is usually 3 slices of dark rye bread, 5 baby carrots, my flax and fish and multivitamin pills, and a ON Whey shake mixed with 2% skim milk. Thank you very much.

i think those are usually used for baking and not ment to be drunk. could you not just buy a little microwave to cook eggs in or buy one of those little plug in egg poachers. i also saw this stuff in a supplement store it s was peanutbutter, eggwhites, groundflax, hmm ill have to go look but mabey mix the eggwhites into peanutbutter and put it on a banana or apple... ill try and find out the name of the stuff.

I didn't think of mixing the powder, that's actually a good idea. But with PB, that's a lot of calories, fat too, I think I'll pass on the PB, but maybe I could mix it with my oatmeal...

Ok, fine but a question.

Why is it I keep seeing and hearing about dudes that whip up 6 or a dozen eggs for breakfast... isn't that a bit much? I would think they'd make that up and save it for a post workout shake...?

6 medium eggs is 42g of protein i think. that's a good amt of protein.
maybe they need a large amount of protein in the morning as well as after the workout because they need to do that to meet their daily goal for protein intake? i don't know. could be a number of reasons. sometimes, i eat 5 eggs in the morning with some carbs.

Ok, thanks.

But why ingest all that cholesterol with the eggs, why not have a 110 calorie ON shake and get the 30-42 g of protein that way, or is it that some guys try to go 'pure natural' whenever they can?
