This is the general order of questions that i'm answering.

What is CKD?
Why CKD?
Which supplements?
What do the macro totals look like?
Why carb load? What does it look like?

What else would you guys like me to write about?

Ahh yes, I'm ganna really need this.

Maybe the importance of the variety in your diet?
How do you know when you're in Ketosis?
Is CKD dangerous, common beliefs?

I'm know very little about CKD- but I'm currently educating myself, but maybe you could use those. Just some suggestions maybe..

o i c that a really good idea, i love the ckd it helps a lot like no lie i have never gotten the results i have with other diets that can compare with ckd, i even still gain mass so its wonderful!

Maybe you could give them the numbers to calculate what there totals should be and possibly give some sample workouts to follow.

Cardio done during ckd to?

How long can a person be on a CKD? What are the recommended lengths/number of weeks of the diet? Is it unsafe to try to lose large amounts of weight for an extended time on this diet?

Do you need to increase your H2O ?

Do you need to ease off the diet?.. or can you just jump right into a "normal" diet? What about going straight from a CKD to a bulking diet??

This is prolly a matter of opinion and everyone is different, but whats your opinion on: How much does it affect strength? For example if I have a powerlift meet coming up, will it really hurt me if I get on a CKD a few weeks before the comp?

What about minimum length of diet? This diet is probably not recommended for ppl who just wish "try it out" for only a week or two right?
