Ive been doing this:
5:30 Cheerios little sugar skim milk-50g of protein shake
9:00 Can of tuna 18g of protein can
12:00 Honey wheat roll, chicken patty, lettuce, mustard
2:00 Can of tuna 18g of protein can
Train at 5:00
7:00 Chicken breast, sweet potato, broccoli-50g of protein shake

Anything i should change? I hate to eat honestly, but I've been sticking to my diet. Is there anything I can change out the can of tuna with? Its kinda getting old. Also, I snack on almonds if I get hungry in between. Im bulking atm to. Thanks guys.

The importance of your diet is to center it around your training.

As you have, you want a good amount of protein before your workout. You want to consume it because, basically you want to take advantage of the increased blood flow which will enhance the delivery of amino acids to muscle tissue.

Take in Complex Carbs pre- workout, not Simple! Consuming simple sugars right before can reduce the amount of glycogen used during exercise. This can prolong performance, in someway. So make sure you know what you're eating pre and postworkout; both are very important.

Post workout, you want to consume good healthy fats, proteins and simple Carbs. You do this to turn the catabolic effect into a anabolic effect and to recover your muscles.

Just throwing that in there for future reference bro^

I'd add Eggs as your first meal instead of Cheerios. You can switch the Tuna with Cold cuts, or any type of Ground beef. Even Peanut Butter if need be. Add some more vegetables and add fruits when you can. A nice slow digesting carb could be eaten as your last meal as well, perhaps meals with Casein in it.

What's your water intake?

If you are "bulking", I dont think you are taking in enough calories in general. If you wouldnt mind giving a macro break down that would be great. Also, what kind of shape are you in, your body type, intensity, day job, etc. All of those effect what you should eat.

I also notice you eat a 2pm and again at 7pm. There is absolutly no reason to go 5 hrs without any food. I know you lift at 5, but there is no need to go that long without at least a snack.

And... Wheres the red meat? Steak, lean ground beef, etc. If you are bulking, red meat is your best friend. I take in at least 2 meals of red meat through out the day.

Just inform us a little more about yourself and we will be happy to help.

You def dont need to drink a shake with a chicken breast.Youre wasting your money. Like the wall said do not go 5 hrs w/o eating. You should have plenty of time to fit another meal in.

Yeah the article I use and posted for everyone in the Nutrition section. Helped me so much, that's why I posted it. I also put it in somewhat my own words...

Simple carbs, sugars: Pasta with white Flour, honey, White bread, White flour bread, fruit juice concentrate, etc..

Is that what you're trying to make a fool out of me on?

I'd also like to add that you CAN add a few simple carbs directly before training to create some immediate energy..
