I've been reading up on the cut diet & lean mass diets over @ scivation, has anyone tried any of these out? Thoughts? Or is it just marketing to sell their supps?

He is a member here and a pretty good guy.Also knows alot of things.Of course he is gonna try to sell his product though.But that doesnt mean its all a ploy to sell and that it doesnt work.
I have personally never tried his diet plans or his products.Until today I bought some scivation xtend.I can always give an update of what i think about it at a later time.

Count on it Bro!! I got the apple flavor and it doesnt taste bad at all.I did notice some energy from it but I really want to see how the recovery and endurance will be helped

ive bought almost 3kgs of xtend before, great stuff. improved my recovery time. i drank alot more than the directions sai and i drank it during my workout.
i bought some bcaa+g by MRM a few weeks ago and apparently it is better value for money and has glutamine so ill let you know how it is.
