I dont have much time in a morning to make myself anything, atm I just have my shake and 2 weetabix, but im always hungry about 30 mins later. What would you recommend to eat when i wake up? thank

Bowl of quick oats for 2 and a half mins in microwave with sweetnlow and little butter.Then your protein shake.This keeps me going until my next meal.

lately iv been having egg fried rice really feels me up

brown rice mixed with as many eggs/whites as you feel necessary!! does the job for me

or omlette with 3 slices wholewheat toast!!

you gotta get a big breakfast inside ya

7-8 Egg whites, 3-4 whole eggs. Cream Of Wheat (60-80g carbs) with a little splenda as a sweetener, or some preservers. And a BCAA drink (10-15g) to wash it down.

And about 10 cups of coffee... Gets me going

Usually a bowl of oatmeal and a shake that has both whey and caesin to get me going. Or 6 egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal, remember your body has just went through a fast all night so your going to be hungry.

2-3 egg whites, dextrose/creatine/whey mixture, and some whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, or some other low GI carb with some non-fat milk or non-fat cheese.

Depends on what day and how much time i have. I used to have some brown beans, man those were great in the morning.

This would be my super quick meal if i was running late in the morning. Except, id throw in a banana as well. Especially if it was early morning.

Oh, and only 1 scoop of protein powder.

5g Fish Oil, Multi, 200mg ALA, 3g CLA,3 eggs and 3 thick strips of bacon, sometimes a 1/4 cup of chz on my eggs if im feeling fiesty

Personally, i wouldnt intake fats early on in the day. But you really eat bacon? From the last thing i read, that has some of the highest saturated fat of any meat out there. I dont remember exactly what, but i remember thinking im gunna stay away from bacon from then on.


what is chz? Cheese?

Heh yes, I'm sure for him chz is cheese. I personally go with a round of supplements (my oils like JD) and a whole grain bagel with peanut butter. It's 50 solid grams of carbs and keeps me going until 9 am. I eat breakfast at 6 am.
