Ok guys, first off, 27, 6'2" 206.5lbs as of 5 minutes ago. Took a couple extra days off this week. Anyway, I am cutting right now for summer and am about 6 weeks in. My weight has fluctuated back and forth between 207.5 and 202.5 recently. Those are the highest and lowest I've weighed since starting the cut. I am looking to get to 12% bodyfat and am at 15 to 16 right now. My personal trainer is not a nutritionist but he knows his stuff about weights. My question to you all here, is that I am very flat right now. My muscles feel very flabby and I seem to lose weight and inches but I am just plain, as I stated above, flabby. Is this due to a lack of carbs? My personal trainer said that I should be pulling in a little less than 3400g of calories daily to maintain if that's what I wanted to do. 511g of carbs, 64g of fat and 195g of protein. To lose a slight bit, lower that total to fit. I am training 3 days a week with weights, after those weight sessions I am doing cardio for 20 to 25 mins. On off days, I TRY to hit the cardio but it's hard with MMA and work. Anyway, someone PLEASE give me info on what they think it could be before I speak with my personal trainer again. Oh and by the way guys, I am on Isopure protein shakes, 2 a day, Adrenalean fat burner 4 caps a day and Trenbolen 2 caps a day. Anyway, that's a run-down of my supps while training.

dude ur carbs need to be about 250 to 300. protein needs to be about 300g a day, and fat can be somewhere between 65 to 80g a day. Ur diet right now is set up for a bulk. If you want to cut, ur going in the wrong direction. You should also up the intensity of ur workouts, eat around the same times everyday, and also probably talk to KM, LBJ, or BBdude to get ur diet tuned in. They've all helped me and I've put on straight up muscle and lost fat like nobody's business.

I suspect you mean 3400 calories instead of 3400g of calories, because that just doesn't really make sense to me.

i would go even lower on carbs but this is completely up to each person... anyways u would need to more than half ur carb intake and up ur protein intake just a little... fat can go up 10g if u need it.
