Ok guys, first off, 27, 6'2" 206.5lbs as of 5 minutes ago. Took a couple extra days off this week. Anyway, I am cutting right now for summer and am about 6 weeks in. My weight has fluctuated back and forth between 207.5 and 202.5 recently. Those are the highest and lowest I've weighed since starting the cut. I am looking to get to 12% bodyfat and am at 15 to 16 right now. My personal trainer is not a nutritionist but he knows his stuff about weights. My question to you all here, is that I am very flat right now. My muscles feel very flabby and I seem to lose weight and inches but I am just plain, as I stated above, flabby. Is this due to a lack of carbs? My personal trainer said that I should be pulling in a little less than 3400g of calories daily to maintain if that's what I wanted to do. 511g of carbs, 64g of fat and 195g of protein. To lose a slight bit, lower that total to fit. I am training 3 days a week with weights, after those weight sessions I am doing cardio for 20 to 25 mins. On off days, I TRY to hit the cardio but it's hard with MMA and work. Anyway, someone PLEASE give me info on what they think it could be before I speak with my personal trainer again. Thanks brolys! |
