Can smokeing marijuana affect my cutting or lower my chance at gains in the weight room?

Cancer patients take it to help stimulate the apatite.

Working out high might not be the most safe thing to do. I think if you smoked 1 or 2 puffs and that's it, it shouldn't effect your overall lung capacity or cardo, I mean that would be like smoking 1/10 of a cigarette a day.

Smoking weed all day and playing video games eating chips and drinking soda will most likely only bulk up your mid section

If you're trying to cut why would you want to stimulate your apatite more?

Seems to me that it will do both - I'm sure you're not going to be craving whey shakes when you're high....LOL! and i can't imagine a bigger demotivator for gains in the gym - I makes me really lethargic. Don't know what your usage is but try to save it for "special" occaisions - very infrequently. I'm sure you know this also - but it also dulls your brain in the long term. Having said all that, it's prolly one of the most beneign rec drugs out there - but be careful - a lot of people have addictive personalities and you can waste a lot of time and money on it. I've seen it happen many a time. Best to stay away from it, in my opinion.

You now i have thought about this as well. And there are plenty of other threads on it in here. Search it.

I think if you use it on your rest days for more sleep and getting in more calories it may benifit you. But then again i dont really approve up it.
