XTRMMUSCLEMASS NPC Super Heavyweight Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Canada Age: 18 Posts: 677 Rep Power: 19	currently im at 183 lbs, and i take about 330 g of carbs, about 1.8 g of carbs per body weight. should i increase that? tnx __________________
