IMO.... If you take the supplements, i would say stick with them. We all eat some sort of fish at some point during the week. (well atleast a good percentage of people) But im sure people dont eat a crazy amount of foods in a week that would give them "too much" Omegas or EFA's. But anythings possible. hahaha
So i say always keep up with the supplements if youre taking them so youre body will always have the fats it needs. Plus, we all know fats are key to getting and KEEPING gains.
