I recently heard about tom venutos "superlean" audio seminar and he says that a little bit of cheat of pizza,chocolates or whatever food u want a day is not doing u any harm if u are getting the calorie deficit ,and still maintain singles digits of low Bf ,but what happen when u want to compete in BBing and those junk food effects on hormones ,insulin spike ,etc?

A cheat meal a day doesnt sound like a cheat meal at all. Sounds like desert.


A cheat meal is supposed to really be a reward, and shouldnt be so frequent (unless uber small) that it occurs every day IMO. A reward should be at the end of a great week eating/exercise wise, and still be relatively small.


Maybe if you took in 2-3 skittles early in the morning everyday it wouldnt be tooooo bad.

It does do some harm if you're like really dedicated and want to look and feel a certain way. But yeah, this is one of the first times I'm completely agreeing with <3Frosty here. You should have it once or AT MOST twice a week and only on harder days. Keep it within your macros and make sure that you don't over do it. You'll be aight man. Just keep on track.
