A cheat meal a day doesnt sound like a cheat meal at all. Sounds like desert.
A cheat meal is supposed to really be a reward, and shouldnt be so frequent (unless uber small) that it occurs every day IMO. A reward should be at the end of a great week eating/exercise wise, and still be relatively small.
Maybe if you took in 2-3 skittles early in the morning everyday it wouldnt be tooooo bad.
