How low would I have to go in body fat % to see overall Ab development along with tighter skin? Basically what do pros get down to when they compete? I am 6'2", 202.5LBS right now and I'm seeing progress but just wondering how many more LBS I have to lose before I meet my goal. I've never "cut" this well before. I've always done everything close to perfect but not "good enough". This time I've got it down and I'm working my ass off while staying on a good diet and have lost 5 lbs so far on Adrenalean and using Trenbolen as well as taking in 2 protein shakes of Isopure a day. My training is 3 days a week on weights Mon Wed Fri and cardio is on 6 days a week even after training. Sunday is operation freedom day.....haha (cheat day).
