How low would I have to go in body fat % to see overall Ab development along with tighter skin? Basically what do pros get down to when they compete? I am 6'2", 202.5LBS right now and I'm seeing progress but just wondering how many more LBS I have to lose before I meet my goal. I've never "cut" this well before. I've always done everything close to perfect but not "good enough". This time I've got it down and I'm working my ass off while staying on a good diet and have lost 5 lbs so far on Adrenalean and using Trenbolen as well as taking in 2 protein shakes of Isopure a day. My training is 3 days a week on weights Mon Wed Fri and cardio is on 6 days a week even after training. Sunday is operation freedom day.....haha (cheat day). Thanks for any bit of information shed on this long ass question/post!

I looked up a thread about "SLICED" and saw pictures of the body in states of "dieting" from HARD to CUT to RIPPED etc etc. Anyway, my body seems to be in a slightly lower stage than HARD as of now. It's very close. Anyway, just thought I would post that info...

about 12% bodyfat to see your abs, overall ab developement (seeing striations in obliques and that ripped look) around 8-9%. The pro's bf% is really low i think i read they get it down to 4%

The pro's get around to 2 to 3%.

To see Ripped abs it's more around 5 to 7%.

Shredded is about 2 to 4%

I don't think its possible to get to 2% and i know that at 3% you can only maintain that for a couple of hours because the bodys water levels are too low. Search sliced in the archives and it explains each level

The pros may have their bodyfat at 3 or 4% at competition, but those same pros weigh 280 lbs. 4% of 280 lbs is 11.2 lbs of fat. That is not all that unreasonable. (at least for a competition) Thats about the same amount of fat as a 180 lb man with 6.5% body fat.

Thanks for all the replies gentlemen. I really appreciate it. This helps me to get an idea of what I am looking to do with my body. I'd love to get to 10-12% range.

The main concern I have is maintaining muscle while cutting. I know my caloric intake in the way of Total Cals: Carbs, Fats and Protein. I've only been doing this training scheme for about a month and a half so I'm doing pretty well considering I've only lost about 5.5lbs. I am using a fat-burner and Trenbolen as well as protein shakes to hopefully get the best results.

1.4% is so unreasonable..they actually have limits to how low you can go now with wrestling..any weight that would make you under 7% is deamed too low of a weight class for you
