Don't most people gain weight when the stop smoking because the eat more in place of smoking.? !!! Maybe you should have some clean snacks handy and stop smoking for your bulk cycle. !!! You might be able to quite after the bulking period, you never know, replace smoking with healthy snacks because you will feel better. And might be able to hold off on the smoking because it is working toward making your muscle ( weight) gain target.
Could work as an advantage in overall health and well being. So put down that butt and pick up a chicken breast, can of tuna, protein shake/bar or even a serving of Nuts. |
