hey guys, im on my bulk right now and i started at 160. its been about two weeks and ive allready gained 4 pounds. Is this normal?. ive been eating all clean and making sure i get 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. My carbs obv. are higher than usual. I get scared tho of gaining alot of fat when i bulk because i used to be overweight.
