Raul, you're not going to lose a lot of muscle. The only reason you would lose any would be because of either dieting wrong, doing WAY too much cardio, or for some other god awful reason. You'll be fine. You can take proteins while you cut. There's no reason to cycle off them or anything. In fact IMO they're even more helpful when you cut. |
Protein is uber important during a cut. As well as careful carb consumption.
My normal rep range for many exercises is at or below 8 for everything but bi's, tri's, and sometimes traps.
As long as i can continue with the same intensity, i dont see why i should raise my rep range. Agree; disagree?
Obviously, im not trying to gain much muscle while doing a cut like this, as i dont intake the carbs necessary to build much, and my caloric intake is below maintenance. But, im just trying to keep what i have.
