I'm new to this site and i'm getting back in to working out. In the past i would lift weights but not eat right or take and shakes. I am taking quick mass and 100%whey protein. I was told that it is ok to pre-make your shakes. I take one in the morning after i eat an apple and an orange, and i take one right after the gym/or if it's an off day i will take it 30min before bed. I was wondering is it ok to make my shakes the night before(I'll have one) put it in the fridge and have it in the morning. Then i would make 2 more.(1 for later and one for the next morning) any advice would be appreciated.

It's fine to make it in advance, I usually make mine the night before. Don't get all your protein from shakes. I add 4 eggs, cream, honey, oats and protein powder to my shakes so I'm getting real food with it; then I even it out into 3 meals - like you do. Then eat your 3 or 4 meals between them, so all up it's 6 or 7 meals a day. Don't forget water through out the day and simple carbs before and after your workouts.

so then i should be mixing in 4 eggs, cream, honey, oats in to the quick mass and whey protein. I mix the whey and the quick mass together and drink it as one. This may be a stupid question...but what is a "simple carb"? thanks alot you guys are great

That was just an example of adding real food with your protein shake - you don't have to follow that exactly; I have been getting good results from it but something that works for me may not work for others. You just have to keep trying different things until your body responds. And don't give up

You want brown rice throughout the day and white rice post wo. White is "bad for you" if you eat it throughout the day because it is a high glycemic carb and will spike insulin levels leading to increased insulin resistance and decreased insulin sensitivity which could lead to type 2 diabetes.

No raw eggs, they are only 50% bioavailable + you have risk of salmonella.
