Have a problem staying on routine..? I have no problem going to the gym..but getting up in time to eat breakfast and all that, as well as taking supplements and all my vitamins..i tend to have a hard time remembering to do that.

any suggestions?

Theres not really much anyone can say to help you "stay on routine". Its just something you have to do yourself. You have to become more self motivated and dedicated, so you do get out of bed to eat breakfast and stay on your diet. Just get it done, no excuses

As time goes on things will just fall into place on their own.

I set a goal and then do my best to reach that goal. When i started i woud forget about meals, and not have the motivation, but then as time went by, everything is proggramed in my head. i preapare my meals earlier carry them in car, take them to school, ( my family is against it so they wont help at all just to provide the food, so as long as they provide it for me i have no problem in cooking and dieting) but they say i can only eat 8 meals a day for another year, when i turn 18. unless i go to university and become a doctor.
