I found a great meal tracking website over this weekend. It's easy to find everything you've eaten, all the nutrion facts, adds up all your calories, protein, fat, carbs etc. It also allows you to add your weight and if you want to lose weight it gives you the amount of calories and keeps track of what you've had for the day.

Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate

Its not a "bodybuilding" site. So it gives you percents of your daily value bsaed on height and weight. As a body builder you should know what amount of protein and carbs you should be taking in. The site provides the amount you've consumed for the day..if you need more you could always adjust accordingly.

Here's an excel sheet I wiped up where you specify your target calories and macro %'s and it tallies up the results up top. Also, your totals will turn red if they fall below the target macro. If for example you need to add another entry to a meal, all you need to do is make sure you add a new row between the first and last item for the meal (it includes all rows between the first and last).

If possible, you really should save it as an Excel 98-2000 because most people havent upgraded to Vista nor the MS package with word and everything else.
